    Were trays passed smoothly? Was the bar kept clean and stocked? Were timelines followed? The little things add up.

  5. Problem Solving and Attitude
    How did staff respond to challenges, guest needs, or last-minute changes? A calm demeanor under pressure is worth its weight in gold.

You don’t need a 10-page report. A quick checklist or 1–5 rating scale can help you track performance and build a roster of go-to team members.
