Our Story

Three Decades Shaping Meaningful Hospitality

For over 30 years, Karen and Michael DiPeri have been shaping the hospitality staffing industry, founding HMG+ in 2012 on a foundation of experience that began in 1997. Guided by a people-first philosophy, they believe true hospitality is built through care, craft, and community, supported by training and a culture that values professionalism and growth.

  • Dedicated to thoughtful guest centered hospitality

  • Rooted in a people first philosophy

  • Refined through decades of real-world hospitality experience
