  3. We connect with the prospect: If it is a fit, our team will reach out and begin the conversation.
  4. You earn a reward when they qualify: Once the referred client meets the program requirements and qualifying billing has been collected, we issue your reward.

  • The referred company must be new to HMG+

  • The referral must be submitted before HMG+ is already in active discussions with that company

  • The referred company cannot already be an active HMG+ client

  • The qualifying business must be signed and paid

  • Rewards are based on collected billing only

  • Event staffing referrals may combine multiple bookings from the same referred client toward the qualifying threshold within the applicable time window

  • Rewards apply only to the initial qualifying business

  • The referrer receives the highest qualifying tier achieved

What does not qualify

  • Existing HMG+ clients

  • Opportunities already active in HMG+’s pipeline

  • Renewals

  • Expansions of current business

  • Upsells to existing clients

  • Canceled work

  • Unpaid invoices

  • Taxes, gratuities, pass-through expenses, or similar non-service charges

  • Referrals submitted by HMG+ employees or commissioned sales representatives under separate compensation arrangements
