Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and offering guidance or information

  • Supporting wayfinding, registration, or brand-facing interactions

  • Communicating key event or brand details as directed

  • Maintaining a professional, approachable presence throughout the event

  • Assisting with setup, transitions, and breakdown as needed

  • Coordinating with Captains and event teams to support overall flow
