Hospitality Staffing Coordinator

HMG+ is a leading hospitality staffing service, focused on specialized training and recruiting. We are growing quickly and need to add a driven corporate hospitality professional to help us progress that mission. As Hospitality Staffing Coordinator, with a self-starter attitude you will help expand the outreach of national staffing needs and develop those processes. A strong sense of drive and motivation is key in order to effectively fill client staffing needs and build business for this national expansion. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, and a strong desire to grow and develop with a dynamic team of like-minded individuals.


  • Learn and assist with our internal booking software and processes
  • Partner with Vice President and Recruiter to proactively identify new permanent placement opportunities
  • Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Plan and execute goals towards successful national expansion
  • Collaborate with senior executives to establish quarterly plans and goals 
  • Maintain regular communication with existing client base to ensure client satisfaction while leveraging new opportunities in similar markets 
  • Analyze industry trends and data to expand prospective client base 
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients 
  • Develop a personal awareness of local employee database to provide clients with individualized service 
  • Become familiarized and learn HMG+ software systems 
  • Respond appropriately to feedback from clients regarding all aspects of the business 
  • Uphold HMG+’s four P’s of Hospitality: Punctuality, Presentation, Performance, and Personality 
  • This position reports directly to the Vice President of HMG+


  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field 
  • Hospitality Business program preferred 
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in a hospitality related field 
  • Related job experience includes Sales Associate, Account Executive 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Familiarity with a CRM a plus 
  • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

  • Must be willing to travel to the Chicagoland area for national expansion development (Travel reimbursement provided)
