Director of Corporate Concierge

As the Director of Corporate Concierge, you will become responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional workplace environment through engagement management and retention services. Throughout your role, you will excel at establishing a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests and tenants. With hospitality at the forefront of mind, the candidate will act as a guide and leader to others, and will be knowledgeable on a range of employee needs.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead and implement employee engagement structures and foundations
  • Regulate all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Assume full responsibility for employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Oversee all guests inquiries in connection with hospitality and amenity services
  • Create and coordinate subordinate training and tasks
  • Proactively and efficiency manage end to end workplace operations
  • Delegate all employee feedback, offering comprehensive solutions
  • Develop and organize in-house and virtual affairs
  • Define, implement and revive operational SOPs for the community to create higher levels of guest contact and service operation
  • Launch employee engagement campaigns to boost employee morale
  • Direct structure for all employee requests and inquiries
  • Drive employee satisfaction by role modelling core company values
  • Manage office services by ensuring operations and procedures are organized and correspondences are controlled
  • Manage conference rooms including all catering management
  • Establish employee retention by delivering utmost service excellence
  • Supervise any catering, audio visual and equipment requirements for events

WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced professional in managing concierge services
  • Hotel and Hospitality experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Friendly and professional personal demeanor
  • Strong-established corporate background
